01 / FROM EARTH TO YOUR DESK
IRUMBER brings the mineral colors of traditional painting into a ready-to-use pan set. The pigments are refined, mixed with a binder and set in dedicated pans, so your painting begins with a brush and water.

The binder is already mixed into the paint. Wet your brush, wait 10–20 seconds and stir gently to begin.
Mineral particles and pale layers create subtle variations. Explore the differences between colors as you paint.
Once a wash is dry, add another layer. Leave pale areas visible and build depth where you want it.

02 / A PAN WITH A STORY
The dedicated pans draw on the form of Korean inkstones. Lotus, dokkaebi and other relief motifs sit above each paint well, bringing traditional details to the moment you open the case.
The paints are portioned by hand. Different drying and shrinkage can leave each color with its own visible surface, while the magnetic tin keeps the pans together between painting sessions.

JUST A BRUSH & WATER
Wet your brush and lightly touch it to the pan. Let the paint soften for 10–20 seconds.
Mineral particles settle, so stir gently as you paint.
Once dry, paint over it again. Each layer deepens the color.
FROM PAN TO PAPER / A LITTLE PAINTING
Soften, stir gently, then layer after drying. Follow a small botanical study to see how the product instructions become brushstrokes.
Six-color set · Brush · Water · Watercolor paperBrush, water container and paper are not included.

STEP 01 / 05
Lightly touch a wet brush to the paint and let it soften. Mineral particles can settle, so gently stir the paint before loading your brush.

STEP 02 / 05
Try a small botanical study. Fill the leaf shapes with a light wash of green or teal. Try a brushstroke in the paper margin first to explore the balance of water and color.

STEP 03 / 05
Wait until the first wash is dry before painting over it. Look at your study and choose where to preserve a pale area and where to add another layer.

STEP 04 / 05
Add green or teal to one side of a dry leaf. Leave part of the first wash visible so that pale and deeper areas can sit together in the same painting.

STEP 05 / 05
Use the brush tip for fine veins and stems, then try small seedpods in the dokkaebi pan’s earth brown. You do not need to use all six colors at once; a few favorites are enough to begin a small painting.

THE BEAUTY OF LAYERS
The same motif, at three moments. Try leaving part of the first wash untouched as you add a new layer.

Leave room for the next brushstroke.

Layer over dry paint, keeping light areas visible.

Bring the study together with veins and berries.
NATURAL MINERALS, YOUR OWN EXPRESSION

THE CHARACTER OF NATURAL COLOR
Made from natural rocks and earth. Layer by layer, they build deep, timeless traditional tones.

Deep Azurite BlueMalachite Green
Tilt the paper and the mineral crystals may catch the light. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it hides softly. We add no glitter powder.
TRY IT / Try indigo for a distant mountain and green for a small leaf. Leave lighter areas as you build layers.

Azurite BlueMalachite Earth Green
Light glints off the particles, and in water, pale layers may rise to the surface. Stir for an even color; leave it still for a gradient.
TRY IT / Try a teal wash for water or a muted green leaf. Stir gently for even color, or let it rest to explore a gradient.

Earth BrownGoethite Ochre
Brown and ochre earth tones. Calm and warm, with almost no sparkle.
TRY IT / Try brown for a branch or seedpod and ochre for a flower center or warm background detail.
AI product and brushwork scenes illustrate color characteristics. They are not measured swatches. Screen colors may differ from the actual paints.
Even when ground to the same size, natural minerals differ in weight from grain to grain, so the sparkle and pale layers appear a little differently in every pan. That is the signature of colors that come from nature.
Each color shrinks differently as it dries, so the amount in each pan may vary.
Because the paint is portioned by hand, slight bleeding at the edges or small air bubbles may appear.

Start with a brush and water, without warming glue or mixing a separate binder. The pans take inspiration from traditional Korean inkstones. Five motifs have been developed: lotus, dokkaebi, landscape, roof tile and norigae. The drawing specifies a pan size of 35 × 22 × 10 mm. These five motif designs are distinct from the six paint colors. Current guidance is for adult users.
