Payment & preparation
Fulfillment follows confirmed payment. The order page shows the stage of your order and the carrier once actual tracking is registered.
Open with care
Check the delivered items against your order. If a container is damaged or material has leaked, keep the packaging and send photographs through an inquiry before arranging a return.
Where we ship
Korea and the United States are available at checkout. Product prices are fixed in USD; KRW prices are converted using the daily reference exchange rate.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated from your destination and merchandise subtotal before discounts. US orders qualify for free shipping from $59; two six-color sets at $29.99 each qualify. Korea Post counter-accepted registered parcel rates for up to 3 kg and 80 cm are the basis for domestic base shipping.
Order and tracking
An order marked Pending has not been confirmed as paid. Shipment is arranged only after verified payment. When tracking is registered, the carrier and tracking number appear in your order details.
Cancellation, returns and exchanges
Use Order lookup to request a cancellation before shipment or a return/exchange after shipment. Contact us before sending a parcel back; the return address, eligibility and any costs must be confirmed for your order. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
International orders
International delivery estimates and responsibility for import duties must be confirmed before international sales begin. The shop does not promise a universal delivery time or duty-inclusive price.
