This page explains the information used by the IRUMBER shop and how to ask us about your data.
Information used by the shop
Order submission uses the buyer’s name, email and phone, recipient contact details, delivery address, items and order memo. Account registration uses email, password and the profile details you enter. Inquiries use your name, email, topic and message. Partnership inquiries also use any organization, contact phone, schedule and quantity or audience details you provide.
Why and where information is used
Information is used for account access, order records, payment verification, fulfillment, tracking and responding to inquiries. The shop uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. When fulfillment or notification services are activated, only the information needed for that service is sent to the relevant provider.
Payment and access
The shop does not collect or store full card numbers. Online payment will be handled by the connected payment provider when activated. Guest orders use a private access code; keep it secure and do not post it publicly.
Browser storage
The browser remembers your language and bag. A private order access cookie supports guest order lookup. These are used for shop functionality. Tracing practice strokes are not uploaded to the server.
Requests and records
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email or order. We may ask for information to verify ownership. Records needed for an active order or a legal retention requirement may need to be retained; we will explain this when responding.
Before commercial launch
The operator’s legal identity, privacy contact, retention schedule and details of any activated overseas service transfers will be completed before commercial launch. For current questions, please use Contact us.
