Collection previews
Products marked Preview are temporary collection examples. Their images, formats and prices are illustrative. Preview products can be explored in the bag and checkout, but an order cannot be submitted for them.
Order submission and payment
Order submission and payment confirmation are separate steps. A pending order is not proof of payment. Online payment services are being connected; the shop will show only the payment methods actually available.
Prices, discounts and availability
Product prices, options, availability, automatic discounts and shipping fees are checked again before you submit an order. If the amount changes, review the renewed total before continuing. Discount changes do not rewrite existing orders.
Your order details
Provide an accurate email, phone and delivery address. Guest buyers should retain the order number and private access code. Delivery, cancellation and refund requests are managed through the order record and contact form.
Creative practice and materials
The website’s color studies and practice motifs are illustrations. Screen colors can differ from physical pigments. Use art materials according to the final product instructions; mindful tracing is a creative practice, not a medical service.
